Audiobook TBR [April 2018]

I recently realized that as I couldn’t bring all my books to school with me, that I should just use audiobooks to “read” the books that I own, but don’t have the physical copies of with me at school. I just found out about Scribd (why did nobody tell me about this site before?!!) and it’s it legit changing my life. I signed up with somebodies link and got 2 free months, so if you wanna check it out and get 2 free months of unlimited audiobooks, feel free to use my invite link: 🙂

These are all books that I’ve wanted to read for a while, and not all of them are books I own physical copies of, but some are also books that are just really expensive to buy in stores so I never actually buy them 😂

Here’s my audiobook TBR!

33830437Far from the Tree by Robin Benway

I had an arc of this a little while ago but it expired before I got the chance to read it. I bought myself a copy of it on black Friday but didnt bring it to school, so this is really high up my tbr right now!

The Poet X by Elizabeth Acevedo33294200

I’ve seen nothing but great things about this book, and I LOVE the cover!! It’s also VERY short, only 3 hours, which I can finish in a day! It might be my next flight audiobook.
22055262A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E Schwab

I’ve tried to read the physical copy of this 2 or 3 times but I can never get into it so I thought I would give the audiobook a try. Its a series that looks SO good and I feel like I’m missing out, so I will definitely be picking this up soon!

We Were Liars by E. Lockhart

I have had a friend that has been trying to get me to read this for what feels like YEARS. Finally gonna get to it through this audiobook because I never bought myself a physical copy. Somehow it hasn’t been spoiled for me yet so im thankful for THAT

35297380American Panda by Gloria Chao

This has been one of my most anticipated books of 2018 and I can’t believe I haven’t gotten to it! There’s been so much love for it around twitter and insta that I gotta join in all the fun!!

The Last Namsara by Kristen Ciccarelli

Another book I have seen hyped up around book twitter/insta. Admittedly I don’t know much about it, but that cover is preeeeeety so that is enough to convince me to read it LOL

Calling My Name by Liara Tamani

Another book I don’t know much about the actual premise, but I see it all the time at the store and have had multiple people recommend to me so I thought I’d save it on Scribd to hopefully get to soon!

Our Dark Duet by Victoria Schwab

I read This Savage Song probably about a year ago now and I really enjoyed it! I wasn’t sure if I would read the sequel but I was gifted the book over Christmas so I thought I might as well add this to my list of audiobooks to get to!

City of Brass by S.A Chakraborty 32718027

City of Brass has been recommended to me by so many people and its embarrassing I haven’t read it yet. I PROMISE I will get to it soon!! It seems incredible, and from what I’ve heard, it lives up to the hype!!

There ya have it! My audiobook TBR for the upcoming time! Audiobooks are really growing on me and although they are still not my favourite thing ever, I see their benefits, especially in my current life situation with how busy I can get!!

Let me know if you have listened to any good audiobooks recently or if you’ve listened to any of the ones I’ve talked about in this post! I’d love to see more people around YA social media talk about audiobooks some more 🙂
