Books I’m Bringing to University.

That time of year has come again, time for school to start. I leave for school on the 23rd of August and a 2-day drive later I will be back and moved into my new place. Because I’m driving this time instead of flying, I am hoping to be able to bring more books back to school than last year.

The books I’m going to prioritize to bring are:

  • Tash Hearts Tolstoy
  • Eliza and her Monsters
  • Ahsoka
  • The Unexpected Everything (I’m still not sure if I will bring this, it seems more like a summer book so I might wait until next summer to pick this one up)

If I end up having more space to bring more books, or I finish one of the ones mentioned above, I plan to bring these books that I have already read. I especially want to bring books that I have already read if they have another book in the series coming out while I will be at school. Those ones are:

  • Illuminae
  • Gemina
  • Six of Crows (still need to get my hands on a copy of Crooked Kingdom)

I’m very excited to be back in one of my favourite cities in the world. I am also very excited for the fall because I have a ton of bookish and movie related events! I just heard about WOTS (word on the street) Toronto and It looks like a great book fest so hopefully I will be attending that! I’ll definitely make a blog post about any events I go to that end up being good experiences so hopefully you’ll see some of those on here soon 🙂

  1. I hope you enjoy Eliza and Her Monsters. Eliza is just about the most relatable characters I’ve ever come across. I recently finished this book and WOW – it was definitely worth all the hype! Good luck in university.
I look forward to your thoughts on these titles – happy reading! 🙂
